After my late night and waking in the early hours I woke quite late in the morning (for me) and headed down to Lou Mitchells (http://www.loumitchellsrestaurant.com/) for breakfast. Lou Mitchell’s is a Route 66 institution and I can certainly say that I had a great breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon and hash browns.
